Whole Katahdin Lamb – Pasture Raised & Regeneratively Managed
Looking for clean, nutrient-dense lamb raised the right way?
Our whole Katahdin lambs are 100% pasture-raised on regenerative pasture—no grain, no corn, no soy. Just rotationally grazed animals, raised with intention, respect for the land, and a focus on animal welfare and meat quality.
Each lamb is professionally butchered, cut, and wrapped by Glacier Processing Cooperative, a USDA-inspected, producer-owned cooperative in Columbia Falls, Montana.
Lambs reserved in advance are processed using a custom cut sheet, allowing you to select the cuts that best fit your household prior to processing. Lambs purchased after processing are prepackaged with a well-rounded mix of premium cuts.
What You Get With a Whole Lamb
While exact package counts and weights vary naturally by animal, a whole lamb typically includes:
Standard-cut rack of lamb
Lamb chops
Boneless leg of lamb
1 whole leg
2 half legs
Shoulder roasts and shoulder steaks
Stew meat
Ground lamb
This cut mix reflects the full use of the animal and provides a balance of premium cuts and everyday staples for your freezer.
For those who prefer full control or cultural preparation, whole processed (not cut) lambs may be available by request when reserving in advance. Availability is limited.
Either way, you receive the full flavor and variety of our lamb—thoughtfully processed, transparently offered, and freezer-ready.
